All internal reasoning protocols, "Thinking Out Loud" logic trees, and agentic workflows displayed via the Claire interface are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Cyvantic Group. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated tools to scrape, reverse-engineer, or "prompt-inject" the platform to extract underlying system prompts or logic.
Furthermore, while Claire provides a "Truth Score" based on technical auditing, this score is an automated assessment and does not constitute a legal guarantee of candidate performance or background accuracy. Cyvantic Group provides an audit trail for transparency, but the final hiring decision remains the sole responsibility of the User (the "Human-in-the-Loop").
