01 — Introduction
Introduction & Mission
Cyvantic Group ("we," "us," "our") is dedicated to establishing "Technical Truth" in the global workforce. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process data through our platform and our AI agent, Claire.
By using our services, you consent to the practices described herein.
Mission Statement: We believe every hiring decision deserves verified data. Our platform is built to provide transparent, explainable, and bias-resistant assessments — always with a human in the loop.
02 — Data Collection
Data We Collect
To provide our verification services, we collect the following:
- Candidate Data: Full name, contact information, CV/Resume details, and educational/professional history.
- Verification Metadata: Email headers and metadata used to verify the origin of documents.
- AI Interaction Data: Responses provided during technical audits and the "Thinking Out Loud" reasoning logs generated by Claire.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage patterns for security and fraud prevention.
03 — AI Protocol
The "Claire" AI Protocol — EU AI Act Compliance
As an AI-driven platform, we adhere to the following 2026 transparency standards:
- Explainability: We maintain an audit trail of Claire's internal reasoning (Thinking Out Loud logs) to ensure hiring recommendations are based on factual data, not bias.
- No Emotion Recognition: In compliance with Article 5 of the EU AI Act, Claire does not utilize emotion recognition, stress detection, or biometric sentiment analysis.
- Human-in-the-Loop: Our scores are assessments. We recommend that all final employment decisions involve a human reviewer who has access to Claire's transparency feed.
AI Transparency Commitment: All "Thinking Out Loud" reasoning logs are stored with enterprise-grade encryption. Candidates may request access to reasoning data associated with their profile under their GDPR rights.
04 — Data Usage
How We Use Your Data
We process data under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest (security/verification) and Contractual Necessity:
- To generate "Technical Truth" scores for candidates.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent credentialing.
- Model Training Disclosure: We do not sell candidate data to third-party model aggregators. Data is used solely to improve Cyvantic's internal audit accuracy.
05 — Retention & Security
Data Retention & Security
- Retention: Verification logs are kept for the duration of the hiring cycle plus a statutory period for audit purposes (typically 1 year), after which they are de-identified.
